Our clinic across from St. Luke’s Meridian on Eagle Road was always been a bit of a placeholder — a great little space that let us keep growing while we built something better. That “something better” is here. Eagle Exit is now closed and we’ve consolidated into our two other locations, North Meridian and South Meridian and honestly? We couldn’t be more excited.

Here’s what stays the same:

• The same providers and nurses your kids already know — same faces, same care, just a short drive to a roomier spot
• Just as easy to get an appointment — actually easier, with our new integration of MyChart
• Nothing to fill out, nothing to transfer — your child’s records move with us, automatically

What you need to know: When your child has an appointment, check the location because it’ll be at one of two spots: North Meridian 4740 N Penngrove Way Suite 210 Meridian, ID 83646 or South Meridian 1435 E Phenomenal St. Meridian, ID 83642 for all visits.
