Schedule an appointment on the app

Step by Step Instructions

  • Click on the Thrive Pediatrics app from your device’s home screen
  • Look for the ribbon at the bottom of the screen that should show several icons (Heart, Envelope, $, Message box, Clock)
  • Click on the Clock icon
  • Unless you already have an appointment set, it should say that you have no appointment scheduled at this time
  • Click on the message in the middle of the screen or on the plus sign in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  • You should see either Thrive Pediatrics pop up or your individual provider
  • Press on the Click Here until you been able to to select your provider
  • Click on the appointment type that best describes what your child needs to be seen for
  • The soonest available appointment options will appear on the screen
  • If a different time is needed, click on the arrow to the right of the current date and time
  • Click on the date and time that work best for you
  • You can enter in a short description for what the visit is meant for (i.e. well child check, eating concerns, fever, etc.)
  • Press Schedule Now to finalize the appointment
