How to Message your Provider

Step by Step Instructions

  • Click on the Thrive Pediatrics from your device’s home screen
  • Look for the ribbon at the bottom of the screen that should show several icons (Heart, Envelope, $, Message box, Clock)
  • Click on the Envelope icon
  • For most patients, your assigned provider will populate on the screen automatically. Sometimes Thrive Pediatrics will pop up and you just need to click on it to continue and it may give you a choice of providers. You’ll just need to select your provider.
  • A message screen will populate on the screen and you can type and send your message at this point
