How to Add a Family Member

Step by Step Instructions

  • Click on the Thrive Pediatrics from your device’s home screen
  • Look for the ribbon at the bottom of the screen that should show several icons (Heart, Envelope, $, Message box, Clock)
  • Click on the hamburger menu button in the top right corner of the screen (3 horizontal lines)
  • Click on Family
    • If you already have children registered through the app, you’ll need to be in the primary child’s profile to add anyone
    • Primary child is listed with a hand symbol pointing right
  • Click the Plus (+) button in the top right-hand corner next to the hamburger menu
  • Enter the child’s username and password
    • Our front desk will need to send you an email with this information
  • Once all kids are connected, you will only need to log in using the primary child’s information to access all accounts
